The Interview Coaching Process
A mock interview based on the individual's CV and
the job spec of the desired job is the initial stage of the training.
The trainer then works with the candidate on how to improve their
answering techniques. The trainer teaches each individual how to
listen effectively to the questions asked and how to make all answers
relevant to the prospective employer.
The coaching session then deals with how to prepare
for the actual interview itself - nerves and habits, grooming, non
verbal communication, body language, dress etc.
In summary, you will fine tune the skills necessary
to build a rapport with the interviewers, reflecting your level
of ability and confidence through innovative communication techniques.
